Elves for ‘Elf’
------The Chatham Orpheum Theater’s executive director Kevin McLain and Jack Mortell played “elf” as they set up the popcorn for a showing of the movie “Elf” for the Chatham Elementary School’s PTO fund-raiser at the Chatham movie theater.
Hospital Auxiliary Meets
----The Chatham/Harwich Branch of the Cape Cod Hospital Auxiliary held their last program of the year a couple weeks ago at the Chatham Community Center. The business meeting was followed by a festive holiday luncheon for all the members. The ‘Perk’-O-Setts
---- Some members of the Chatham Men's Club gather weekly for coffee at the Chatham Perk in North Chatham. The men, who amusedly refer to themselves as the Perk-O-Setts, were feeling the spirit of the season a couple weeks ago.
Glass Museum
--------The Chatham Women’s Club recently visited the Sandwich Glass Museum and were fascinated by the Museum’s ornament of the year, made on site, which actually glows in the dark (pictured here). Their annual Glassblower’s Christmas continues through Dec. 30 at the museum on 129 Main Street in Sandwich.
