omoy Yacht Club’s Annual Beacon Award
--- At the Sept. 7 annual meeting of the Monomoy Yacht Club, outgoing commodore Dave Holden awarded the club’s 2024 Beacon Award to Diane Rosolko. The award was initiated in 2019 by then-Commodore Phyllis Freeman to recognize a club member whose enthusiastic service and contributions shine as a beacon, strong and guiding. The depth and breadth of Rosolko’s tireless work this past year made her an obvious and deserving choice. Pictured are Commodore Dave Holden, Rosolko and Past Commodore Phyllis Freeman.
