Hero Fundraisers
-- A team of local first responders finished in sixth place out of 20 teams that participated in the ninth annual Ruck4HIT April 26 and 27, sponsored by Heroes in Transition. The team raised more than $9,000. Participants came from the Chatham Fire Department, Chatham Police Department, Chatham Harbormaster Department and the Chatham Coast Guard Station.
