Charlotta (Peewee) Lusher

Charlotta (Peewee) Lusher, 74, of Harwich, MA, passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, at home on April 5, 2024.

Peewee is preceded in death by her loving husband of 47 years, James (Jim) Lusher, her father, Walter Eldredge, mother, Margaret Louise Eldredge and her brother Walter (Butch) Eldredge, Jr.

She is survived by her daughter, Dorreen Messier of Dennis, David Lusher of Harwich and Donna Barr and husband Tom of Harwich. Her beloved grandchildren, James (Jaime) Lusher and wife Rachel of Hartford, CT, Samantha (Sam) Barr and fiancé Emily Boedecker of Boston, MA, Justin Barr of Harwich, Allyson Ayala and Brett Whitehurst of Yarmouth, MA, Anthony Ayala and Camilla Michaud of Wellfleet and great granddaughter, Arya; Her sister Patricia Kinney and husband Neil of Wilton, ME, her brother John Eldredge and wife Cindy of Harwich, her brother Bert Eldredge and wife Cindy of Harwich, many nieces and nephews and a large extended family.

If you were not a relative of Peewee, you may know her from the years of her working as a Pharmacy Tech at CVS. Once she retired, she was home and taking care of her grandchildren. Prior to Covid, you could see her volunteering at the Community Center.

Visiting hours will be Friday, April 12, 2024, from 4-7 and a service on Saturday, April 13, 2024 at 11am. Both will be held at Chapman Funerals & Cremations, Blute Chapel, 678 Main Street Ext., Harwich, MA 02645.
