BREWSTER – Paranormal investigator Adam Berry will appear at Cape Rep Theatre for one night only Thursday, Oct. 29 in a spooky-season themed “True Tales of the Paranormal” performance.
Twenty VIP ticket holders will get the opportunity to participate in a ghost hunt with Berry after the performance.
Berry is a Provincetown resident (and veteran of past Cape Rep productions) whose program “Kindred Spirits” runs on the Travel Channel and HBO Max. He is also the author of “Goodbye Hello,” recently out in paperback, which explores grief and death through the paranormal.
Berry has been investigating and researching paranormal activities for years. His firsthand accounts, told in a “campfire story format” will feature theatrical ghostly experiences that range from first encounters, hotel apparitions, strange synchronicities and signs from those who’ve passed onto their next journey. There will also be a question and answer session.
Berry brings a blend of sharp investigative skill, empathy and charisma to every haunted location he explores. His journey into the paranormal began with a supernatural encounter in Gettysburg, sparking a lifelong mission to uncover the truth behind hauntings. After winning Ghost Hunters Academy, he earned his place on the legendary series “Ghost Hunters,” where his fearless approach and deep respect for the spirit world made him a standout. As the co-star and executive producer of television series “Kindred Spirits,” he has redefined ghost hunting for a new generation — blending historical research, emotional storytelling and groundbreaking investigative techniques.
He’s not all about chasing ghosts, however. He focuses on helping families and spirits, traveling the country to change the way the world thinks about ghosts and what happens after death.
Berry is also the executive director of the Peregrine Theatre Ensemble, a nonprofit educational summer theater company based in Provincetown. He is also on the board of Tim’s Fund, a nonprofit scholarship program created to support social activists who work through art, music, literature and filmmaking.
The Oct. 29 event will be held in Cape Rep’s historic Crosby Barn at 3299 Main St. in Brewster. Tickets are $40, with 20 $100 VIP tickets that include a ghost hunt after the show. For reservations and more information, call the box office at 508-896-1888 or visit www.caperep.org.
