Jonah Michael Shea

 Jonah Michael Shea passed peacefully on 2/27/2026 accompanied by his two favorite women - his mother, Bonnie Shea and partner, Joanna Guerrero. 

 Jonah, a native Cape Codder, leaves behind a legacy of mentorship and encouraging others to “lend a hand”. He was the founder of Shea’s Youth Basketball Association, which helped countless teens beginning in 2011, until his health forced him to retire in 2018. He also hoped to help the Spinal Cord Injury community on Cape by launching a peer support group at Spaulding Rehab Hospital in Sandwich. 

 He is survived by his sweetheart, Joanna; his mother, Bonnie; brother, Joshua Shea and family; two furry Havanese sons, Gizmo and Teddy; and lots of very close friends and family who love him.
