CAC Holds Faculty Exhibition Through Jan. 27
CHATHAM – The Creative Arts Center (CAC) is ringing in 2024 by showcasing teacher talent with its annual Faculty Exhibition through Jan. 25. Then the exhibition will move over to the Chatham Bars Inn’s Garden Room, where it will be shown as part of the Winter Art Series on Saturday, Jan. 27 from 4 to 6 p.m.
The Faculty Exhibition shines a spotlight on the skill and talent of CAC instructors in watercolor, oil, acrylic, ceramic, pastel, sterling silver jewelry and more. The instructors featured will include Teresa Cetto, William Davis, Ron Dean, Maryalice Eizenberg, Michael Giaquinto, Steve Kennedy, Robert Mesrop, Rosalie Nadeau, Paul Schulenburg, Marian Strangfeld, Karen North Wells, Joyce Zavorskas, Ann Hart, Kely Knowles, Liz Perry, Ann Hanson, Amy Bourbon and Eileen Casey.
Executive Director Angela Zoni Mault expressed pride in the abilities and commitment of the entire CAC teaching staff.
“This first exhibition of the year showcases our faculty,” Mault said, “so viewers can get a sense of their individual style. They may be motivated to sign up for one of their classes.”
About 20 faculty members will be represented in the exhibition.
“These are our local instructors, who teach our weekly classes. Not those who come in to teach workshops,” Mault said. “We are very fortunate to have a talented and fabulous faculty. They are dedicated to lifelong learning and teach classes with both group and individualized instruction.”
