Carrie Fuller

Carrie Rebecca Fuller, born September 11, 1988, died unexpectedly on January 11, 2026. She was deeply loved and will be profoundly missed.
Carrie grew up on Cape Cod and attended schools in Brewster and Chatham, where she formed many friendships. From an early age she had a special bond with animals, especially horses. She was a devoted horse lover and cherished her Morgan horse Derby. She also loved dogs and was a skilled and compassionate groomer, known for her intuitive understanding of animals.
Carrie was fiercely loyal to her family and friends, a trait that defined her character. She faced life’s challenges with quiet strength, resilience, and determination. She shared her father’s passion for cars, delighting in his collection and having a fondness for fast cars in general.
Carrie is survived by her father, Jon Fuller, and his partner Jennifer Kane; her mother, Peggy Fuller, and her partner Walter Gilardetti; her brother Sam Fuller, his wife Meg Fuller, and her much-loved nephew Jonah Fuller; her uncles Tim Fuller and Duncan McMillan; her aunts Sarah Blackwell, Becca Fuller, Jan McCoy and Eileen Fuller; and her many cousins, including Jonny Forman, Mia Blackwell, Travis and Dylan Fuller, David and Jonathan Haynes, Avery and Cameron McMillan, and Patrick, Addie, and Erin Fuller, along with many other family members who loved her. She was predeceased by her longtime partner, Adam Plaice.
A celebration of Carrie’s life will be held in the spring. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the Cape Cod Branch of the Animal Rescue League of Boston, reflecting her lifelong love of animals.
