Together they built a loving family, welcoming twinsSierra and Eric. The family shared a passion for the outdoors, enjoying skiing, hiking, biking, and traveling together.
Eventually, Josh’s entrepreneurial spirit called him back to his Cape Cod roots. Returning to Truro, he founded Nauset Insulation, where his skill, perseverance, and eye for detail transformed challenges into opportunities. Under his leadership, the company grew steadily and became a well-regarded presence in the community.
Josh is survived by his devoted wife, Karen Lambert Emond; his children,Sierra and Eric Emond; his siblings, Kimberley Deane, Rafe Emond, Seth Emond, and Julie Emond; his niece, Ashley Rorro; his cousins Kevin Boyd, Rebecca Boyd, and Ray Trautz; and by lifelong friends Charlie Chase and Scott Deering, who remained by his side during his final days.
