Orleans Citizens Forum To Discuss Comprehensive Plan

The Orleans Citizens Forum will host a discussion on the town's updated comprehensive plan on Oct. 23 at 5:30 p.m. at Lower Cape TV, 5 Namskaket Rd. Panelists will include John Ostman, chair of the town's planning board; George Meservey, the town's director of planning and community development; and Sharon Rooney from the engineering firm Tighe & Bond. Panelists   will introduce background data on Orleans and provide an opportunity to learn about the planning process and explore the recommendations designed to guide growth, sustainability, economic development and capital improvements. Attendees will have an opportunity to ask questions of the panelists at the end of the presentation.
