Registration Open For Chatham Turkey Trot

CHATHAM – Registration is now open for the 21st annual Chatham Turkey Trot held Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, Nov. 27.
The scenic 5-kilometer race, fit for any runners and walkers, starts at 8 a.m at the Oyster Pond Beach parking lot. Strollers are welcome at the event, hosted by the Lower Cape Outreach Council. 
Registration is $35 per person (or $20 for runners joining virtually) by Nov. 3. From Nov. 4 to 27, registration is $45 per person. Register by Oct. 24 for a free race T-shirt. 
Funds from the trot benefit the Lower Cape Outreach Council and help stock nine emergency food pantries and provide financial assistance and special holiday programs for households in need. After registering, racers can create a fundraising page to promote their run.
