Cape Cod Clambake with a taste of Provence

“Vibrant, delicious and fun.” Those were the three words Bob Gaudreau, CEO of the Provence Group, used to describe the signature rosé of Chatham Bars Inn — words that could just as easily describe the atmosphere at the Ultimate Provence Rosé Clambake last week. Guests were treated to local seafood and CBI farm vegetables prepared by Chef Andrew Chadwick, recreating the quintessential Cape Cod clambake with a taste of Provence.
