St. Christopher’s Hosts North Park University Chamber Singers
--- St. Christopher’s Episcopal Church will host a choral concert by the North Park University Chamber Singers on Monday, March 10, at 7 p.m. The 75-minute concert features 10 undergraduate and graduate treble students singing sacred, secular, a cappella and accompanied repertoire under the direction of Julia Davids. --Three Fins Coffee House & Cacao Factory on Crowell Road in Chatham held a “soft opening” recently. While coffee and pastries are being served daily from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m., the cacao factory isn't ready to open yet. A ribbon cutting will be held at an upcoming date. Local Businesses And CES Students Share Know-How
--- Chatham Elementary School students have been working with local businesses and organizations to help solve problems. STEM teacher Cindy Macomber works with students to explore, design, create, improve and present solutions to social and science-related problems. Students have collaborated with local firms for additional problem-solving opportunities through real-world business challenges. Jackie Wilson of Chatham Yoga recently visited CES to see presentations from students on how to increase her visibility in the community and expand her client base.
