Yes, We Can! -----Last week, Sandy Wycoff and Kim Roderiques presented a check for $28,755 to Lisa Guyon, the executive director of WE CAN, proceeds from Roderiques’ book “Chatham: A Cape Cod Village.” Wycoff, a long-time WE CAN supporter and owner of The Clothing Bar and Chatham Kids, underwrote the book's production so that all of the proceeds would go directly to WE CAN. Over 600 copies were sold in just a few months. The book is for sale at the Clothing Bar, The Trading Company, and the Mayflower Shop. Men Making A Difference ---- Chatham Men’s Club secretary Jeff Gordon (left) presents the proceeds from the organization’s holiday raffle to Linda and Peter Hughes, managers of the Chatham Food Pantry. The club’s membership has a long history of supporting the Chatham Food Pantry in its efforts to curb growing food insecurity in our community. CCHA Show At CAC ---Last week the Chatham/Harwich Hospital Auxiliary attended the “Winter Show Exhibition” at Chatham’s Creative Arts Center to thank 10 artists for their contribution of painted wooden boxes that will be part of the Auxiliary’s Jan. 28 game day and luncheon raffle. All proceeds will go directly to the group’s $1 million pledge for Cancer Care at Cape Cod Hospital. The boxes will be on display for the public over the next week.
