Riding Into The Holidays
More than 200 bicycles were expected to be collected this season by the Homeless Prevention Council as part of the nonprofit’s annual Adopt a Family fundraiser. There were 121 bikes on hand Dec. 21 for families to pick up. RYAN BRAY PHOTOS
Volunteers and staffers also helped gather clothes, books, toys and other items for families during Saturday’s bike pickup day at the council.
