    Contractors working for a wireless service provider raised a balloon about 125 feet over a site where a new cell phone tower is proposed, near the intersection of Millstone Road and Route 137 in Brewster. The test was visible Friday, and the public can comment on the tower proposal by emailing jeffrey.ribeiro@capecodcommission.org or brewplan@brewster-ma.gov.
