Our View: Chaffee And Bebrin

by The Cape Cod Chronicle

Brewster voters will be asked May 28 to choose between three candidates for two seats on the select board. Mary Chaffee, the incumbent, and Amanda Bebrin, chair of the planning board and bay property planning committee, are best suited to help guide the town through the next three years. A major effort will be translating the recently approved plans for the former Sea Camps properties into action; both candidates are uniquely suited to this task. We also believe that they will continue policies that have put the town on solid financial footing and kept the engine of town government functioning smoothly. We recommend voters choose them when they go to the polls next Tuesday.
