Newcomers Woodworking Group Carves Out A Niche
When members of a local woodworking group approached Eldredge Public Library Director Irene Gillies and asked if there were any projects they could do to help out the historic library, she looked around and quickly identified a need.  The library’s growing collection of “Playaways,” self-contained audio books, did not fit properly on shelves.  A cabinet especially designed to hold them would be functional and free up space for other library materials.
